At River Park Church (RPC) volunteers are critical to the success of ministries and programs. Each spring RPC transitions leaders, here are some opportunities available.
Thankful to God for his gifts in you? Want to make a difference in your community? Opportunities abound at River Park Church! For example:
Elders to lead us as part of RPC Council
Pastoral Care elders
Deacons to help administer the resources of the River Park Church community
People who will provide practical care for infants and toddlers during worship services
Women who will be part of the GEMS investment in the lives of girls
Men who will be part of the Boys’ Club investment in the lives of boys
Teachers and helpers in our Sunday School classes: spaces are available for the summer and for the next school year
A curriculum guru for pre-school Sunday School
Men and women to become part of the youth group lead team
A resource person for small groups
Supportive friends of people with developmental disabilities in the Friendship group
Drummers, guitarists, keyboard players, singers
Sound board operators
Audio visual technicians
People to help inspire and encourage musicians, decorators and technicians
Videographers and video editors
English-language speakers to help newcomers with conversational skills
Most roles require completion of a volunteer profile and background check. We look forward to helping you get started!

Please note that volunteers:
must be regular attenders of River Park Church. Some positions require church membership.
who work with children under 18, seniors, and handicapped persons must obtain a Police Information Check and complete Safe Church training prior to being accepted as a volunteer.
